The football excitement continues with 16 teams competing. Hosts France will face the United States at 20:00 in Marseille. Argentina, boasting stars like Julian Alvarez and Nicolas Otamendi, takes on Morocco at 14:00. Guinea, captained by former Liverpool midfielder Naby Keita, battles New Zealand in Nice at 16:00. Other notable matches include Spain vs. Uzbekistan, Japan vs. Paraguay, and Iraq vs. Ukraine.
Rugby sevens also features prominently, with all 12 teams playing twice on Wednesday. Matches kick off at 14:30 with Australia vs. Samoa, followed by Argentina vs. Kenya. France vs. the USA at 15:30 will surely draw attention. Other key matches include Fiji vs. Uruguay and Ireland vs. South Africa.
