Chelsea Signing Aaron Anselmino to Be Loaned Back to Boca Juniors

Chelsea’s new signing Aaron Anselmino will be loaned back to Boca Juniors. The Premier League club announced the signing of Boca Juniors defender Aaron Anselmino on a seven-year contract on Thursday. The Argentinian player will return to Boca Juniors on loan for the 2024/25 season.

Anselmino’s Seven-Year Contract at Chelsea

The 19-year-old defender Aaron Anselmino has made ten senior appearances for Boca Juniors, starting with his professional debut in June 2023. His first career goal was scored in a Copa Sudamericana victory over Trinidense in April. Anselmino is the eighth player Chelsea has signed during the summer transfer window.

 

Chelsea’s Ambitious Transfer Strategy

With Chelsea securing their new signing Aaron Anselmino, the London club aims to strengthen their defense with young talent. Despite finishing sixth in the Premier League last season, Chelsea is preparing for the upcoming season with an ambitious transfer strategy.
